The B & B is established in the Félix-G. Fortier house, erected in 1880. The building has kept its architectural characteristics so well that it is now considered a regional patrimonial attraction. Built for the middle-class elite, the Victorian house is of Queen Ann influence.

Many families have lived in it, such as the Goulet, Poulin and Bernard. This residence has also witnessed many debacles, being located on the left bank of the Chaudière River, in the very heart of Beauce.
